Partner Program Terms

About the program

The Zulli Partner Program (the "Program") is run by Zulli Platforms LLC ("Zulli", "we", "us"). These terms are an agreement between you and Zulli, and you accept them when you create a partner account. Referral tracking, reporting and payouts are handled by our partner platform, Rewardful, whose own terms and privacy policy also apply to your use of it.

Joining

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract. Accounts are approved automatically, so you can start sharing right away. We may review any account at any time and decline or close accounts that don't meet these terms. Keep your account and payout details accurate.

Referrals and tracking

A referral is a new customer who signs up for Zulli through your partner link and has never had a paid Zulli account. Referrals are tracked with a cookie that lasts 90 days from a click on your link. Referrals are credited based on Rewardful's tracking records. We can't credit referrals that weren't tracked, for example when a visitor blocks or clears cookies.

Commissions

You earn 25% of the subscription price a referred customer pays for Zulli Pro, monthly or annual, for as long as they remain a paying customer and you remain a partner in good standing.

Commission is calculated on the amount the customer is charged for their subscription, before our payment processing fees or other costs are taken out. Sales tax or VAT collected on top of the price isn't included, and if a discount lowers what the customer pays, commission is based on the discounted price. Commissions apply only to Zulli subscription fees. Payments that a vendor's own clients make to the vendor are never commissionable.

Refunds and reversals

If a referred payment is refunded, charged back or found to be fraudulent, the related commission is reversed. If it has already been paid, we may deduct it from your future payouts.

Payouts

Commissions become payable 30 days after the referred payment, to allow for refunds. Payouts are sent monthly through PayPal or Wise once your payable balance reaches $50. Smaller balances roll over to the next month. You're responsible for any taxes on your earnings, and we may require tax forms, such as a W-9 or W-8BEN, before paying.

How you may promote Zulli

• Share your link on websites, social accounts, videos, newsletters, podcasts and courses you own or are allowed to post on.
• Reach out to people one at a time with a personal message, following anti-spam laws such as CAN-SPAM, and stopping when someone asks you to.
• Publish honest reviews, tutorials and comparisons that describe Zulli accurately.

Wherever you share your link, you must clearly disclose that you earn a commission, as required by the FTC and similar laws where you live.

What's not allowed

• Spam, including bulk or automated messages and messages sent to scraped or purchased contact lists.
• Bidding on "Zulli", our domains or misspellings of them in paid search, or registering domains or social handles that include "Zulli".
• Referring yourself, your own business, or accounts you control.
• Listing your link on coupon, deal, cashback or incentive sites, or paying people to sign up.
• False or misleading claims, income promises, or made-up discounts or features.
• Posing as Zulli or suggesting you speak on our behalf.
• Cookie stuffing, forced clicks, bots or any other way of faking or hijacking referrals.
• Posting your link where the site or community doesn't allow promotion, including pitching through a directory or marketplace's messaging tools.
• Texting or cold-calling people who haven't agreed to be contacted.

Breaking these rules can lead to reversed or withheld commissions and closure of your account.

Using the Zulli name

We give you a limited, revocable right to use the Zulli name and any materials we provide, only to promote Zulli under these terms. Don't alter our logos or create anything that could be mistaken for an official Zulli message.

Your relationship with Zulli

You're an independent contractor. Nothing in these terms makes you our employee, agent or legal partner, and you can't make commitments on our behalf.

Changes to the program

We may update these terms by giving at least 30 days' notice by email or in your dashboard. A change to the commission rate applies only to referrals made after it takes effect, never to customers you've already referred. Staying in the Program after a change takes effect means you accept it.

Leaving the program

You can leave at any time by closing your account or emailing us. We can end your participation with notice, or immediately if you break these terms. If we end it because of a breach, unpaid commissions are forfeited. Otherwise, commissions earned before the end date are paid as usual. Commissions stop accruing once your participation ends.

Disclaimers and liability

The Program is provided "as is". We don't guarantee any level of earnings or uninterrupted tracking. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you under these terms is limited to the commissions paid or owed to you in the 12 months before the claim.

General

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of [State]. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. These terms, together with the Zulli Terms of Service, are the entire agreement about the Program.
